California Moulding has a simple process to ensure simple material selection and smooth installation process. Our process is as follows:
Step 1: Schedule Appointment.
Contact our office to schedule a in-home measurement and free estimate. There is absolutely no obligation.
Step 2: Measurements & Free Estimate.
One of our knowledgeable design consultants will help you choose the right design based on your budget and room decor. A budget will be discussed based on a variety of different designs.
Step 3: Order Samples.
Your design consultant will order a few samples so you can see the product first hand before ordering.
Step 4: Choose Design.
Sign Work Order, & Set Installation Date
Step 5: Choose Payment Method.
(Check, Credit Card, No-Interest Financing), 10% of job due upon signing work order.
Step 6: Order Materials.
(we do not mark-up the material costs, customer responsible for payment of materials, labor cost due upon completion of installation)
Step 7: Installation.
To ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product and craftsmanship of the installation, we will complete one portion of one room to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work. Once satisfied, we will have you sign a completion work order and finish the installation.
Step 8: Sign Completion Work Order.
Step 9: Final Payment.
Remaining balance due on job completion.
Step 10: 60-Day Spot Check.
Set spot check appointment for 60-days after job completion date to ensure there are no cracks & gaps from shifting and drying
Our Guarantee:
- To do all work in a neat, orderly and timely manner
- To keep all appointments and to maintain communication with the customer
- To continue the work on-site until the job is complete
- To make sure the customer is happy with the design and installation
- To build a Moulding feature to or above the industry standard
- To give a 3 year warranty on all labor
- To promptly fix or correct any area that may need it
- The customer will be 100% delighted with the work performed, which will be beyond their expectation!
Our Warranty
We are the only Southern California Crown Moulding Company to offer a three year warranty on materials and workmanship.
California Moulding warrants all Moulding installations against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three years of the installation. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, California Moulding with either:
- perform the necessary repairs at no charge, using new materials if materials need to be replaced. or
- hire an outside service, at our expense, to perform the necessary repairs, including new materials if materials need to be replaced.
The Warranty does not cover abuse, fire, natural disasters, or modifications to original installation. Warranty & Guarantee subject to review by California Moulding for qualification. We are looking for installation flaws or material flaws. If it is suspected that the damage was due to the homeowners negligence, a nominal fee will be charged for replacement of materials and labor.
